Vernon Hills, IL – Donald Manhard, Jr. will serve as a guest lecturer for Real Estate Development (Fin 490/580) at the University of Illinois. He will be joined by Donald Manhard, III, a recent graduate of the University of Illinois.

The objective of the course, led by professors Cannaday and Borzak, is to provide students with an exposure to the real world of real estate through a series of lectures by real estate professionals focused primarily on retail real estate development. Don’s lecture will focus on the engineer’s role in real estate development with a particular emphasis on construction management.
