Over three weeks in May, Manhard surveyed, designed, staked and managed the construction of a 446-space parking lot for a confidential client at a new facility located in Lake County, IL. Although the exact function of the new facility remains classified, we were informed that the work to be done there is COVID-related.

Due to the critical nature of the project, our team worked evenings and weekends, including Memorial Day weekend, to deliver the project on an accelerated schedule.
