Vernon Hills, IL – Leading U.S. civil engineering and surveying firm, Manhard Consulting, announces the opening of an office in Kenosha, Wisconsin as it expands its operations in the Midwest. This newest location positions Manhard to work closely with business, industrial, residential, commercial, retail, healthcare and educational sectors throughout Wisconsin.

The full-service office will be managed by Ryan Solum, P.E., project manager, with direction from Manhard veteran Jim Frayn, P.E., vice president.
